Brera Holdings PLC Celebrates $7.5M IPO By Ringing Closing Bell at Nasdaq

Brera Holdings PLC, owner of Brera Football Club, announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Sergio Scalpelli, will ring the closing bell of The Nasdaq Stock Market on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. ET to commemorate the Company’s recent $7,500,000 initial public offering and Nasdaq listing of its Class B Ordinary Shares.

Brera Holdings is an Irish holding company focused on expanding social impact football by developing a global portfolio of emerging football clubs with increased opportunities to earn tournament prizes, gain sponsorships, and provide other professional football and related consulting services.

Shares in United Internet AG’s web hosting arm Ionos SE dropped following the company’s debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the first test of the German exchange this year.
